TNT sells Logistiques Nicolas; 95 pct of TNT Logistics France now sold
TNT NV said it agreed to sell the remaining activities of Logistiques Nicolas to French cargo transport operator Malherbe for an undisclosed sum.
The company noted that some 95 pct of TNT Logistics France, which TNT put up for sale last year, has now been sold.
TNT reiterated that it expects a pretax charge of up to 140 mln eur in connection with the sale and restructuring of the French logistics operations, to be booked largely in 2005.
