In an exclusive interview with Post&Parcel, Walter Trezek, answers questions on the development of Hybrid Mail.
The former technology chief at Austria Post and co-inventor of the digital postage stamp, Trezek, believes Hybrid Mail is a more sustainable and technologically efficient postal service for the future.
Trezek, now an independent postal consultant and managing director at Document Exchange Network, states: “For the future, invoices, insurance policies, certificates, contracts, everything is legally binding and important – formerly “registered letters” – will come via the Internet.”
