Post&Parcel editor Chris Dolan went to meet ViaPost CEO Simon Campbell to discuss the future of the Hybrid Mail specialists. Is 2010 the year Hybrid Mail comes to the forefront of the mail industry?
Campbell discusses recent developments at ViaPost, including investment after the arrival of new chairman Scott Fletcher. He also talks about the pros of Hybrid Mail, the success of ViaPost since its launch in 2007, its 10-30% growth month on month, and where the company is heading in the future.
Campbell states “awareness is key”, and that Hybrid Mail is the “future of communications”.
Biography – Simon Campbell
Campbell is a multilingual entrepreneur with experience of management, marketing and sales directorships in several European countries. He has previously founded and grown three companies, where he took responsibility for the above functions, plus the management of individual accounts. Campbell has taken ViaPost from the initial concept presented by Ben through funding, launch and is now responsible for the day-to-day running of the business on a strategic level, board and investor liaison, and the formulation and implementation of the marketing and sales strategy. He was named in the top 100 Entrepreneurs in the Courvoisier/Guardian Future 500 List in 2008.
