We are seeking an established Research professional who enjoys working on the commercial end of projects, building revenue and growth for this division.
Responsibilities
Triangle Management Services Ltd offers a variety of independent services, including research, recruitment and conferences, to a wide range of clients in the global mail and logistic industries.
Triangle has very strong ties with global clients within the mail, express and distribution industry and as such we work in partnership with these businesses to provide strategic and market intelligence. Our research and consultancy division provides research led management consultancy and produces bespoke and syndicated research reports into areas such as customer awareness, perception, usage and satisfaction.
We are seeking an established Research professional who enjoys working on the commercial end of projects, building revenue and growth for this division. Although experience of advanced qualitative and quantitative methods conducted on an international scale is desirable, what is most important is someone who enjoys developing and managing client relationships.
Requirements
The ideal person will be someone who is looking for a challenging role in a collaborative team environment and an opportunity to be autonomous in their business direction. The successful candidate will co-ordinate, manage and monitor a small research team and the department priorities through effective communication, planning and formulating project design, initiation of fieldwork, data analysis and creation of final reports/surveys.
The successful Research Director will have:
- Established B2B market research experience preferably from a supplier background and ideally of degree calibre;
- Strong people and project management skills including managing both internal and external resources;
- Advanced writing skills, with experience of writing surveys and reports, responding to RFIs & RFQs and facilitating the research process;
- Advanced qualitative skills and analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret numerical data;
- Experienced in interfacing, influencing and consulting with clients at various levels, with the vision and initiative to identify and develop new projects / surveys to meet the needs of the evolving market and revenue opportunities.
