The MetaPack Group, the provider of eCommerce technology for retailers’ delivery services, today announced the appointment of Carmen Carey as Chief Operating Officer (COO). She will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in MetaPack’s service performance for a fast growing base of retailer clients. Carmen has strong expertise in leading global business to business technology brands and brings this wealth of experience to her new role at MetaPack. She joins from managed cloud services provider ControlCircle where she was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for over three years.
