Qoo10 customers can send and receive parcels via SingPost’s POPStations

Customers of the online retailer Qoo10 Singapore can now arrange to collect their parcels at Singapore Post’s (SingPost) POPStation smart lockers. SingPost’s POPStations are located in places such as shopping malls, petrol kiosks, community centres, commercial buildings and post offices.

With an average distance of 2.5km between each POPStation, SingPost has one of the densest smart locker networks in the world. There are currently more than 120 POPStations in Singapore and SingPost plans to expand the network to 200 within the next few years.

“We want to offer a myriad of delivery options for our customers’ convenience and POPStation will be an advantage to our customers, given its customer-centric delivery service. As it is secure, accessible 24/7, and offers track & trace capabilities, POPStation will help create a hassle-free shopping experience for our online shoppers. We look forward to partnering with SingPost,” said Chris Lee, Head of Service Quality, Qoo10 Singapore.
