Amazon parcel pick up expanded to 1,000 Stores across Australia

ParcelPoint has announced that more than 1,000 of its stores will now be extended to be Amazon Pickup Points. This will allow customers to ship theirAmazon.com orders to ParcelPoint stores for pickup instead of shipping to their homes.

Julian Leach, ParcelPoint General Manager and Co-founder said Australians want delivery options that suit their busy lifestyles, “We are delighted to be working with Amazon to offer online shoppers a new way to ship their products to Australia.

By providing access to our ParcelPoint stores across the country, which are open late and at weekends, Amazon is adding unparalleled convenience for their customers. As the holiday season approaches, shoppers can choose to have their orders shipped to a ParcelPoint location, ensuring gifts remain a surprise until they are unwrapped without having to worry about missing an important delivery.”

Amazon noted, “We are proud to offer customers in Australia a convenient option for picking up their parcel when it works for them,” said Nader Kabbani, Vice President of Worldwide Transportation at Amazon.
