La Poste pushes the Domino button at CES

La Poste has unveiled its new “Domino” product, which interacts with its Digital Hub and allows users to arrange parcel deliveries at the push of a button. Using the system, which was demonstrated at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas this week, customers simply drop place any object they want to post in their mailbox, press the Domino button, and enter the destination address. La Poste will then collect the item, take care of the packaging and send it to the receiver.

In a statement issued yesterday (6 January) , La Poste added that the system, part of its Colissimo service, will be tested in a pilot zone in the first half of 2016.
