Amazon plans new fulfilment centre in Jackson County, Georgia

Amazon has announced plans for a new fulfilment centre in Braselton, Georgia. Employees at the 600,000 square-foot fulfilment centre will pick, pack and ship large items for customers like household décor items, sporting equipment and gardening tools.

The new facility will create more than 500 full-time jobs. The company currently has more than 1,500 full-time employees at its existing facilities in the state.
