Green light for DX acquisition of The Legal Post (Scotland) and First Post

The UK’s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) announced on Friday (21 October) that it has cleared the completed acquisition by DX Network Services of The Legal Post (Scotland) Limited and First Post Limited. The CMA said that the full text of the decision will available shortly.

Both Legal Post and First Post operate in Scotland. Legal Post provides a document exchange and postal service, while First Post operates a downstream access service.

DX plans to combine Legal Post and First Post with its existing DX Exchange operations in Scotland
