The World Mail and Express Asia Conference Arrives in Singapore

Singapore Post will be welcoming international post and parcel executives to the World Mail & Express Asia Conference and Exhibition at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Singapore this week. NOVEMBER, 14, 2016 (Singapore) The prestigious three-day event will be taking place between the 14th to the 16th of November and will bring together over 150 senior executives in the mail, express and e-commerce sectors. Singapore Post will be hosting the conference for the second time in four years and will be looking to discuss the latest trends in global e-commerce alongside a line-up of senior speakers and sponsors that includes Neopost, Aprisa Express, FedEx, Honeywell, Lockheed Martin, One World Express and what3words.
The conference will be exploring contemporary issues in the postal and logistics space such as the growth of e-commerce, its increasing globalisation, complex consumer delivery solutions and the rise of new types of industry competition.
Sam Ang, EVP of Singapore Post and CEO of Quantium Solutions, will be welcoming delegates to Singapore and delivering the keynote address on behalf of Singapore Post. Other key speakers include Charles Brewer, CEO of DHL eCommerce, and Pierre Poignant, COO of Lazada Group. The conference will be examining the disruptive trends in global e-commerce and features a number of “disruptive” start-up organisations that are challenging the status quo in the mail and logistics industry.
