Amazon tops UK customer satisfaction poll

For the second year running, Amazon has topped The Institute of Customer Service’s UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI). Amazon.co.uk said that it is “thanking its customers” by offering £10 off selected orders over £50 placed today (20 January).
