DPD Slovenia partners with E.Leclerc on food deliveries
DPD Slovenia has partnered with E. Leclerc to launch a new food delivery service. According to DPD: “Customers that will make a purchase on the E. Leclerc Drive online store will have the option to get their cart delivered to their home address.”
E. Leclerc first introduced its online store in 2014 . Up until now, customers who made their purchase on the E. Leclerc Drive online store had the option of picking up their products in Moste and Rudnik. Now they can opt for home delivery as well.
“Home delivery of products will at first be limited to Ljubljana and surrounding areas, but if necessary the delivery area will be expanded,” said Igor Jakovljević, managing director of DPD Slovenia.
Samir Handanagič, managing director of GT Drive Slovenija added: “If the customer submits their order online on Friday at 9 pm, the purchase will be delivered on Saturday. We will upgrade our service in February and provide our customers with home delivery on the same day. Shortly we will expand delivery areas to the places outside of Ljubljana – also Kranj with its surroundings.“
