Route Genie partners with Volo Commerce

Route Genie has teamed up with Volo Commerce in a partnership they say will enable online retailers to streamline their delivery models. The Volo Commerce platform will now offer an integrated Route Genie enhanced carrier management capability, which can be deployed by any online retailer on demand to efficiently manage their carriage providers, saving them time and resources.

Volo Commerce’s customers will also be able to use Route Genie’s track and trace functionality, allowing them access to real-time updates on delivery of their parcels to their customers. Retailers will also be able to use the software to manage all consumer communications, and create personalised, branded messaging at pre-selected trigger points during the delivery cycle.

Paul Watson, CEO at Volo Commerce, said: “Our key objective is to help as many merchants and brands as possible to harness the benefits of multichannel ecommerce, taking the administrative and managerial headaches away from trading online. The partnership with Route Genie will allow our customers to further increase their efficiency when managing their carrier relationships, as well as enhancing the overall buyer experience.”
