Eddie Stobart eyeing iForce

Eddie Stobart Logistics is reportedly considering plans to buy iForce. According to reports, Eddie Stobart is looking to use proceeds from its flotation on the AIM to buy iForce for about £45m.

iForce offers logistics solutions to a e-commerce customers, including warehousing and fulfilment and returns management.
