USPS TEC to meet next week

The Temporary Emergency Committee (TEC) of the Board of Governors of the US Postal Service (USPS) will meet on Wednesday next week (10 May). The meeting will be held in open session at USPS headquarters in Washington, DC from 8am ET and the public is welcome to observe.

The agenda will include discussion of the quarterly financial and service performance reports.

The open session meetings of the TEC of the Board of Governors are available on live audio webcasts at http://about.usps.com/news/electronic-press-kits/bog/welcome.htm. A recorded audio file will be available for listening three hours after the session has ended.

Following the TEC meeting on 10 May, US Postmaster General & CEO Megan J. Brennan and Chief Financial Officer Joe Corbett will host a telephone/web conference call from 10 am ET to discuss the financial results in more detail with interested parties.
