Secured Mail strengthens Client Experience

Secured Mail, part of The Delivery Group, has strengthened its award winning management team with the introduction of Client Experience Manager, Katrina Shaw. Commenting on the new appointment, Mark Bigley, the CEO of Secured Mail, said: “Our customers are loyal. Our partnership approach and customer centric service is something we pride ourselves on. However we can’t stand still. We listen to our clients and their customer demands and it’s up to us to achieve their promises. We want to continue to strengthen the Secured Mail customer experience, the introduction of the client experience role gives us the dedicated focus to achieve this.”

Shaw added: “The engagement we have with our Clients really gives us a true insight into their individual business needs. Our ‘Customer Experience’ is pivotal to the future success of our business.  My role is to continue to strengthen the customer journey and exceed their performance expectations. And by implementing continuous measurements of metrics across the business we are able to be proactive and really focus on customers.”
