M&S running online food delivery trials

UK retailer Marks and Spencer is running two new food delivery and collection trials. A spokesperson at M&S told Post&Parcel today that the retailer is trialing a home delivery service in the London borough of Camden, and a click & collect service at Woodley, near Reading.

The trial services are currently being offered exclusively to “selected Sparks members”.

The Sparks members can choose meals from the “Dinner for tonight” range for delivery/collection “in as little as an hour”. Alternatively, they can select from the full range of M&S fresh food and grocery for delivery/collection “in as little as two hours”.

M&S told Post&Parcel  it was running the food online trials to “explore what works for our customers”.
