The Spanish electric scooter company Silence is taking the wraps off its new delivery vehicle, the SO3, at the Post Expo show in Geneva. The S03 three-wheel scooter is designed especially for last mile delivery, and offers a 120kg load capacity.

Silence, which is a Scutum company, has strong links to the post and parcel delivery industry. The Spanish postal operator Correos bought 100 Silence electric scooters, and in May this year the company announced that it was taking on a further 200 scooters.

Silence has also sold electric scooters to the on-demand delivery company Stuart and the franchise BurgerMe, which uses the vehicles to make home deliveries in Utrecht.
