Parcelly upscales UK click & collect network

Parcelly has announced that it is continuing to build its UK network of carrier and retailer agnostic click & collect locations. In a statement sent to Post&Parcel today (8 September), Parcelly said it has been reconfirming existing nationwide partnership agreements with convenience businesses and extending collaboration with exclusive promotional opportunities.

According to Parcelly: “Building on the successful partnership in 2016-2017, Palmer & Harvey, the UK’s largest delivered wholesaler, has reconfirmed its exclusive supplier agreement with Parcelly to promote the smartphone based service across all of its 90,000 retail accounts.

“Furthermore, Parcelly has renewed its agreement with the Costcutter Supermarkets Group, which includes brands such as Simply Fresh, Mace and KwikSave, and now extends across its entire nationwide network of more than 2,600 stores.”

Sebastian Steinhauser, CEO & Founder of Parcelly, commented: “We have achieved outstanding growth into more than 50 cities across the UK in our first year and we are delighted to continue with these successful partnerships. While expanding our network density, we also continue to add new services to the overall product offer, which will be ready to facilitate the upcoming parcel peak in 2017, pre- and post-Black-Friday and Christmas.”
