Royal Mail has reported to investors that Chief Executive Officer Rico Back bought £537,676.80 worth of shares in 13 transactions on 6 February – the same day the company announced that its core UKPIL business could be loss making in the upcoming 2021 financial year.
Back purchased a total of 300,000 shares at an average price of £1.79 each.
