Majestic Wine offering next day deliveries

UK-based Majestic Wine has launch a named and next day delivery service for its full online wine range. The company’s online range extends to more than 1,250 wines.

Around 40% of all online orders will now be fulfilled through Majestic Wine’s new National Fulfilment Centre (NFC), which is managed by Wincanton PLC and based in Greenford.

In a statement issued yesterday (31 October), the company said that this will take the pressure off staff working in local stores, allowing them “to focus on customer service rather than shifting boxes and organising deliveries”.

Majestic Wine added: “Customers will now be able to request flexible delivery options through; click and collect, named and next day delivery services, online and in our 210 stores across the UK. The six bottle minimum online order has been removed and a “No Quibble” returns policy is in place so customers can feel confident they can order their wines online and get their money back if they don’t like their choices.”
