Asda said that Trafford Park’s parcel tower was installed at the end of last week as “a proof of concept”, it has already served 1,500 local customers.

The Old Trafford store is the first in the UK to have a parcel tower. As previously reported by Post&Parcel,  Asda’s parent company Walmart has already installed parcel towers (which are manufactured by Cleveron) in more than 100 of its US stores.
