Blue Dart Express raises stake in aviation company

Blue Dart Express has become the majority shareholder in Blue Dart Aviation, having raised its take from 49% to 70%. Blue Dart Express, part of the Deutsche Post DHL group, is one of South Asia’s leading express air and integrated transportation and distribution companies.

Blue Dart Aviation is a leading player in India’s domestic air express market specialising in time-definite scheduled freight services for overnight next day delivery of express and cargo loads.
