3SI, a member of the Otto Group, has entered into exclusive negotiations with France’s Arcola over the possible acquisition of Girard-Agediss, the delivery firm which specialises in handling heavy goods and furniture. The company has a network of around 40 branches across France, an annual turnover of €65m and employs around 500 staff.
Any deal would be conditional on approval from France’s Competition Authority.
