UK Royal Mail promotes Roche and Rivett

Royal Mail has promoted head of business development Richard Roche to head of direct marketing sector, and Tim Rivett, former head of media solutions, to head of consumer and small business following fears they would not find roles in the new restructure. Meanwhile, new Postcomm chief Nigel Stapleton has told an Amsterdam postal conference that Royal Mail’s exemption from charging VAT is unfair and should be dropped.
