Mail Boxes Etc aims to have 300 Mexican outlets in ten years

The Mail Boxes Etc company, the world’s largest franchisor of retail shipping, postal and business service centers, has announced the launch of a new master license agreement in Mexico, which will create 300 service centers in the country over the next ten years. This will involve an investment of around USD40mil and the generation of 1,500 new jobs. The company has also announced the inauguration of its new pilot center, which will function as a model and training center for the franchisees, as well as offering normal service to the public. The company’s plans to develop its presence in Mexico are related to the current boom in franchising in the country. Mail Boxes Etc currently has 30 outlets operating in Mexico.
