DHL launches Air Cross service in Malaysia

DHL Express has launched a new service called Air Cross in Malaysia.

Air Cross, an extension of DHL’s Import Express service, allows customers to arrange delivery directly from their oversea suppliers to international and domestic clients.

Customers can arrange to have a shipment picked up and delivered directly between any two countries and territories, while settling all charges locally in their home currencies.

DHL Express Asia Pacific commercial director John Pearson said customers can enjoy the simplicity and control of one fixed price, one point of contact and one invoice for all their direct supply chain requirements with Air Cross.

“This underlines DHL’s drive to be the leader in the express and logistics business here in Asia Pacific,” he said in a statement yesterday.

DHL’s harmonised international network links more than 220 countries and territories worldwide. Based in Brussels, Belgium, DHL is 100 per cent owned by Deutsche Post World Net.
