Royal Wegener NV said it has sold the remaining 30 pct in its joint venture Interlanden to Deutsche Post AG.
Deutsche Post now holds 100 pct of the Dutch mail company. Interlanden delivers unaddressed advertising materials and has around 500 employees.
Financial details of the transaction were not released.
