NZ Datamail buys into Outsource Australia

New Zealand Post subsidiary Datamail has bought a 75 per cent stake in outsource provider Outsource Australia (OSA).

The combined resources of New Zealand Post, OSA and document management company Datamail would provide “end-to-end” business solutions for customers, OSA said.

The acquisition was in line with Datamail’s strategy to double in size by 2006 and become a leading business process outsourcing service provider across the Asia Pacific.

OSA was established 10 years ago and has 90 clients, including some in New Zealand.
