Deutsche Post Global Mail USA announces executive management team

Deutsche Post Global Mail USA, a leader in international mail services, is pleased to announce the unparalleled leadership team that has resulted from the acquisition of SmartMail ServicesÒ and QuikPakÔ , Inc. The executive management team includes Bill Boesch, chief executive officer, Don Berry, chief operating officer, and Florian Schuhbauer, chief financial officer.

"The appointment of our top management team is the first key milestone that we have achieved sooner than expected since the acquisition in May," said Klaus Knappik, chairman of Deutsche Post World Net’s Divisional Board MAIL International.

Deutsche Post Global Mail, a subsidiary of Deutsche Post World Net, announced its intent to acquire both SmartMail Services and QuikPak on May 11, 2004. SmartMail Services’ acquisition closed May 28, 2004. The acquisition of QuikPak closed June 28, 2004.

Deutsche Post Global Mail, SmartMail Services, and QuikPak are all leaders in their respective market places. Combining the three companies will benefit each organization’s mutual customers, and provide business mailers and merchandise shippers with one-single source for their domestic and international shipping needs of flat-sized mail and parcel packages.
