Pall-Ex has signed R Swain & Sons as its new member depot for the Medway region, covering the Kent towns of Rochester, Sittingbourne, Gillingham and Maidstone.
Swain has 275 vehicles and 435 trailers and employs more than 450 people in 14 depots across the UK.
Transit Medway, a division of the group, also operates a wharf on the River Medway offering ship discharge and warehousing services.
