DHL promotes service for Asian chartered flight

DHL, the leading express delivery and logistics company, announces that it will enhance the payload capacity of the chartered flight from Shanghai to Hong Kong.

The company’s decision will not only meet the increasing market demand in Asia Pacific region, but also will boost the foreign trade exchange of Yangtze River Delta economic area.In 2003, the chartered flight put into operation, which enables Shanghai to be one member of the DHL Asian aviation network.

From June 28, the chartered flight service capacity has been promoting 60 percent. The number of scheduled flight has been increased to 5 times each week from 4 times each week.

The relative sources say that China’s express delivery and logistics market has been developing rapidly, and it is necessary to upgrade the payload capacity of the service network.
