DHL and KnowledgeNet form strategic partnership

Multi-Billion-Dollar Express and Logistics Leader Launches First Phase of Worldwide Training Initiative "All Access" to Expert-Led Learning KnowledgeNet(R), the worldwide leader in live learning, today announced that DHL, the world's leading express and logistics company, has signed a contract for unlimited access to a complete expert-led training schedule for online technology and business skills training. DHL has consolidated all IT functions across the Americas into one global data center, its Americas Information Services Center (AMIS) in Scottsdale, Arizona. DHL will be using KnowledgeNet's All Access expert-led training within AMIS as the first step to a worldwide implementation of KnowledgeNet learning.
AMIS was created to serve the DHL business, manage global shared services, improve customer service, and increase collaboration within the information services department — all while reducing overall information services costs.
"In order to accomplish the goals of AMIS and provide a seamless customer experience, we must employ the most qualified and highly trained staff," said Tony Treglia, HR Director at DHL. "KnowledgeNet All Access is flexible, effective and affordable, which enables AMIS staff to be trained more frequently, in shorter time frames, and with less disruption to daily business activities. With KnowledgeNet's exclusive content, multiple delivery methods and expert instruction, we feel we have found a true business partner."
KnowledgeNet All Access training is built on the experience of knowing that a "one size fits all" learning approach is insufficient in supporting customers' distinct business needs. Drawing upon multiple methods of learning and delivery to achieve fast, targeted outcomes, KnowledgeNet All Access is the most effective and affordable way to improve staff skills without sacrificing a hands-on classroom learning experience. With All Access, AMIS staff receives unlimited access to instructor-led classroom training from experts at conveniently scheduled times — right at their desks without leaving the office.
"KnowledgeNet All Access is designed to allow large organizations such as DHL to incorporate many different learning options into one fully integrated and interoperable learning solution," said Tom Graunke, CEO and co-founder, KnowledgeNet. "DHL is an ideal partner, as both of our companies are committed to removing information barriers and giving employees efficient and seamless access to the tools needed to excel at their jobs."
