Emirates Post to sell air tickets at Post Offices

Air Arabia LLC, UAE’s national airline and the first low-cost airline of its kind in the Middle East and North Africa region, today announced a partnership with Emirates Post to bring their latest innovation to travelers’ ticket purchase points at Emirates Post outlets in the UAE. “This partnership will allow Air Arabia customers to utilize Emirates Post outlets like any Air Arabia travel shop or travel agent,” said Adel Ali, Air Arabia’s CEO. He added: “It is part of our constant effort to bring added value to our customers and allow as much accessibility and flexibility as possible when purchasing ” bringing Air Arabia closer to you.” From the first week of August, Emirates Post will offer the service from its automated outlets and customers can purchase air tickets by cash or credit card ” in reality, the same as any travel agent. With multiple purchasing points through their on-line booking service, call centre, branded Travel Shops, travel agents and now partner distribution points, Air Arabia is constantly striving to make air travel more accessible to everyone. Abdulla Al Daboos, Director General of Emirates Post, said: “We are pleased to partner with Air Arabia to offer more convenience to travelers. With this, we are adding yet another non-postal service to our offering, as part of our strategy to transform post-offices into centers delivering multiple services under one roof. As Air Arabia makes air travel affordable to people who have not traveled before, Emirates Post is pleased to be part of that initiative and add convenience to the task of booking air tickets.
