Escher reimagines its Riposte platform
Escher has launched the latest version of its Riposte platform – the customer engagement platform for Postal Operators.
Postal Operators can now take advantage of new standard configurable applications to support fast deployment of products and services, at any point of service or channel.
Also today, Escher has announced the integration of QuestionPro X(t) Platform into Riposte. QuestionPro is a provider of online survey software that allows users to generate the insights they need to make better business decisions.
