Baroness Margaret Prosser has been appointed as a new Non-Executive Director of Royal Mail. She will take up the post later this month.
DTI Minister Gerry Sutcliffe said:
“Margaret Prosser will be an excellent addition to the Royal Mail team.
“Her wealth of experience in industrial relations and diversity issues gives the Board a new dimension that will be good for the company and its workforce.”
