Spanish MRW Posts 390.2 Mln Euro Turnover 2002

Spanish express courier MRW posted a turnover of 390.2 mln euro ($424.7 mln) in 2002, up 12.2 pct year-on-year, it was reported on February 5, 2003.

The company plans to increase the turnover in 2003 between 10 and 15 pct. MRW opened 25 offices in 2002 and closed the year with a total of 31 directly managed and 661 franchised offices in Spain. The company launched in 2002 new urgent carrier services, including a service for transportation of animals.
