DHL Global Mail unveils global industry handbook

International mail service provider DHL Global Mail – part of Deutsche Post – has compiled an international direct marketing handbook.

Entitled New Markets, New Opportunities, the guide gives a detailed view of the direct marketing and economic climate of 17 European countries and the US, including new EU members like Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

The book provides local knowledge on preferred channels of response, relevance of design characteristics and facts on purchasing behaviour.
