PostNL: Berendsen to be reappointed
The Supervisory Board of PostNL intends to reappoint Pim Berendsen for a new term of four years as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Management at the annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) in 2022.
Pim Berendsen was appointed CFO and member of the Board of Management on 18 April 2018 for a four-year term. Since 2000, he has worked in various roles at PostNL, including as Finance Director and as Managing Director for International, M&A and growth. Pim is a member of the Advisory Board of Endeit Investment Fund, a non-executive board member at Whistl, and Chair of the Johan Cruyff Foundation.
