Target formulises Belgian tie-up

Target Express has signed a three-year agreement to use Belgian Post’s global postal network for international deliveries.
The agreement provides a formal structure for a relationship that has evolved over two years of trials.
Target is the only UK carrier able to use the Belgian Post indicia- pre-printed postmarks on Bulk mailings allowing documents to be injected directly into its mail system.
The companies are in discussion about a reciprocal agreement under which Target would be responsible for the downstream access handling of Belgian mail within the UK postal system
