Emirates Post highlights transformation journey and industry role at World Mail & Express Americas Conference
Emirates Post, the official postal operator and leading express provider in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), has participated in the World Mail & Express (WMX) Americas Conference held in Miami from February 20 to 22, 2022 in a bid to strengthen its position in the global logistics and parcel industry.
The company’s senior executives joined global leaders in the discussion on key topics, including the strategies, trends, developments, cross-border challenges, and the COVID-19 impacts on the post and parcel industry.
WMX Americas Conference, a global trade event, serves as a platform to give international postal, logistics operators and industry leaders the tools and techniques needed to establish and nurture future-ready companies.
Emirates Post’s participation and sponsorship of the global forum aligns with its goals of expanding its network and partnership, gaining new industry insight, and bringing to the global forefront the fast-growing value of the Middle East and UAE market as an attractive investment and business hub.
Emirates Post’s Chief Executive Officer, Peter Somers, was a keynote speaker at the event highlighting Emirates Post’s transformation journey, how COVID-19 changed and impacted consumer behavior, and the UAE’s geographic and economic significance.
