Poste Italiane Board of Directors re-elects Committees

In a meeting held in Rome on Tuesday (30 May) under the he chairmanship of Silvia Maria Rovere, the Board of Directors of Poste Italiane S.p.A. elected the company’s internal committees.

The members of the Committee will be:

The Control and Risks Committee: Matteo Petrella (with the duties of Chairman), Carlo D’Asaro Biondo, and Valentina Gemignani.

The RemunerationCommittee: Carlo D’Asaro Biondo (with the duties of Chairman), Paolo Marchioni, and Armando Ponzini

The Nominations and Corporate Governance Committee:  Vincenza Patrizia Rutigliano (with the duties of Chairwoman), Valentina Gemignani, and Wanda Ternau.

The Related Parties and Connected Parties Committee: Armando Ponzini ( (with the duties of Chairman), Matteo Petrella, and Wanda Ternau.

The Sustainability Committee: Silvia Maria Rovere (with the duties of Chairwoman), Paolo Marchioni, and Vincenza Patrizia Rutigliano.
