Peter Yin Vice-president, customer experience division FedEx Express

Based in Hong Kong, Mr Yin will be responsible for the development and execution of the division’s customer experience strategies and for overseeing all call centre operations in the Asia-Pacific. In his previous role as vice-president for the North Pacific region, Mr Yin was responsible for planning, organising and implementing all corporate strategies and operations across Korea, Japan, Taiwan and Guam. He joined FedEx in 1984.
