InPost: Resignation of Chairman of the Board

The Supervisory Board of InPost S.A. has announced that Mark Robertshaw has decided to step down from the Company’s Supervisory Board, due to personal family reasons, effective July 1, 2024.

The Supervisory Board of InPost has nominated Hein Pretorius as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Mark Robertshaw commented: “It has been a privilege to serve on the Board of InPost for the past 7 years. Witnessing the company’s significant growth and development over these years has been incredibly rewarding. I am proud of what we have achieved together and I am confident that InPost will continue to thrive in the future.”
