Poczta Polska: Our goal is to simplify the process of sending parcels

Poczta Polska is introducing a new functionality in its mobile application – Pocztex Mobile users can now send parcels efficiently, safely and without unnecessary formalities.

From now on, Poczta Polska customers can send parcels without having to print labels or fill out documents at a post office. Everything can be done in the intuitive Pocztex Mobile application – just select the sending point, the format of the parcel, enter the recipient’s data and pay for the service. The finished parcel must be delivered to one of 18 thousand sending points: parcel machines, post offices or partner stores (Żabka, Delikatesy Centrum, ABC, Lewiatan, Arhelan, Groszek, Duży Ben and EuroSklep).

“Our goal is to simplify the process of sending parcels as much as possible. Thanks to the new function of the Pocztex Mobile application, customers can send parcels conveniently, quickly and without labels, using one of the largest networks of sending points in Poland. This is another step towards modern and convenient solutions that our users expect,” comments Piotr Szajczyk, Vice President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska for Sales.

Key benefits:

  • No labels : just the tracking number on the shipment.
  • Fast process : sending your parcel in just a few clicks.
  • Versatility : 18,000 shipping points, including parcel machines and chain stores.
  • Intuitive contact management : after adding the recipient to ” My Contacts “, the data is completed automatically for subsequent sendings.
  • Everything in one place : manage your sent and received parcels.
