Sid Hart to oversee all international revenue at Pos Malaysia

Pos Malaysia Berhad, the national post and parcel service provider, and appointed of Sid Hart as the new Head of Redly Express, Pos Malaysia’s international courier services effective 3 February 2025. Sid will report directly to Sumesh Rahavendra, Group Chief Transformation & Digital Officer.

 Sumesh Rahavendra expressed: “With his proven expertise in rebranding and repositioning organisations for global success, Sid will undoubtedly be a valuable asset to Pos Malaysia. He is renowned for leading initiatives that sharpen commercial focus, drive market share growth, and enhance service quality. His ability to forge strong stakeholder relationships, optimise operations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement consistently delivers lasting, positive results. long-term positive outcomes.”

 Commenting on his appointment, Sid said, “I’m thrilled to join Redly Express at such a critical moment for the industry. As the market continues to evolve, our focus will be on driving smart growth, strengthening partnerships, and delivering real value to our customers. We have an incredible opportunity to expand our global reach and set new standards in international logistics.”

 Sid is an internationally experienced strategic leader with extensive expertise across postal, logistics, international relations, and courier and express parcel industries. He excels in driving organisational growth, navigating complex challenges, and delivering transformative results through strategic innovation and decisive execution.

 In his new role, Sid will focus on overseeing all international revenue, including Redly Express and the current transshipment business. Prior to joining Pos Malaysia, Sid served as Vice President of International Business at Singapore Post, and has held several strategic leadership roles, including Managing Director of Asia Pacific Post Cooperative, and Chief Revenue Officer of HypaShip.
