Posten Bring awarded compensation from truck manufacturers

Petter-Børre Furberg, CEO of Posten Bring commented: “We are very pleased that the Court of Appeal has found it proven that the illegal cartel cooperation between the truck manufacturers has led to Posten Bring paying an overprice for trucks we have purchased in the period 1997-2011. The illegal cartel cooperation has caused us significant additional costs, and we have now been awarded compensation for this. It has been over seven years since we filed a lawsuit against the truck manufacturers, and significant resources have been spent pursuing Posten Bring’s claims. We are very pleased with the result.”
