SwipBox accelerates global growth – half-year results

SwipBox reports that H1 2025 has delivered continued global growth: from discreet trials in several countries, including Chile, to a growing roster of prospective clients and a strong pipeline of product enhancements, their locker network solutions continue to prove scalable, flexible and future-ready.

New continent, new opportunities
In May 2025, SwipBox entered Chile with the launch of a pilot in Santiago by an ambitious partner, who is using this early-stage pilot to gain knowledge of consumer preferences and site selection, laying the groundwork for broader rollouts later in the year.

New client pipeline
Interest in SwipBox’s solutions is not limited to South America, however. The company has engaged with more qualified leads than ever in Europe and beyond who are exploring lockers as a means to reduce failed deliveries, ease urban congestion and cut carbon emissions. These discussions suggest the potential to deploy several new networks in the near future.

Key achievements in Europe
SwipBox’s established clients in Europe continue to hit remarkable targets, demonstrating the scalability and reliability of SwipBox solutions. Two large milestones reached this year include:

  • 10,000+ lockers in DPD Poland’s nationwide network
  • Nearly 30,000 lockers across the Nordics

These achievements not only demonstrate the scalability of SwipBox’s technology but also validate their locker ecosystem’s ability to adapt to diverse regulatory landscapes and consumer behaviours.

Product development focus
In H1, SwipBox has continued strengthening their product portfolio and software suite. A key initiative has been enhancing infrastructure for networks using PIN pads, ensuring greater reliability and performance. They have also advanced their business intelligence tools to help partners better optimise their operations and refined their apps for parcel shops and retailers to ensure a more streamlined out-of-home experience.

Additionally, with new EU accessibility legislation coming into effect, SwipBox has dedicated resources to ensuring that their apps, firmware and software meet these regulatory requirements, supporting their partners in achieving compliance.

New hire to strengthen product development

To help strengthen their innovation strategies and keep the company at the forefront of smart delivery solutions, SwipBox hired Brian Espersen Riemer as their new Chief Development Officer in the spring. With his expertise in engineering leadership, product innovation and talent development, Riemer brings value to SwipBox and SwipBox’s partners alike.

Looking ahead
In the second half of 2025, SwipBox will continue to develop and improve their software, building on the progress made in H1. As the company prepares to enter new markets, their focus will shift toward adapting their products to meet diverse regional needs. This strategic expansion will be a key priority, guiding both technical development and market readiness efforts.

On track to exceed full-year targets
“Entering into new regions and markets, including South America, represents a pivotal chapter in SwipBox’s journey,” said SwipBox CEO, Jens Rom. “Our team’s dedication to tailoring solutions for each client and market, and our clients’ trust in our platform, has never been stronger. As locker networks in Poland and Scandinavia surpass key milestones, we’re energised by the opportunity to bring seamless, flexible parcel delivery to millions more around the globe.”

With a clear vision and robust execution, SwipBox is well on track to exceed full-year targets. “We remain committed to empowering our partners with cutting-edge locker technology, driving operational efficiency and enhancing customer experiences worldwide,” Jens Rom concluded.
