InPost UK: giving fans more choice over how they receive their tour merchandise

InPost UK has announced a new partnership with Warner Music Group’s WMX,  which will allow fans to shop official merchandise on-site and then send their items to an InPost point or directly to their home.

As part of the launch, InPost will introduce fan merchandise Drop Shops across all 17 UK Oasis Live ’25 dates this summer, supporting over 1.4 million concertgoers.

Located at the Fan Stores and stadiums in key cities, these Drop Shops will allow fans to shop official merchandise on-site and then send their items to an InPost point or directly to their home. This new service enables fans and concertgoers to purchase as much as they want, giving fans the option to send their purchases home or to an InPost Locker before they enter the show.

In addition to the in-person experience, InPost will be the official merchandise delivery partner for the Oasis Live ’25 e-commerce store, giving fans the flexibility to shop online and choose delivery to a nearby InPost Locker or shop at checkout.
This is also the first move by WMX to utilised locker based delivery.

Offering more options to fans for how merchandise can be bought and delivered will enhance their show day experience. This is just the start of the partnership, with plans to utilise the unique convenience of InPost at further Warner Music Group events.
For InPost app users, an exclusive fan experience will also be launched as part of the partnership, offering fans the chance to win the tour experiences.

Michael Rouse, CEO International, InPost, comments: “At InPost, we are focused on making delivery easier, more convenient and reliable and this partnership is an exciting example of us doing just that. By giving fans more choice over how they
shop and receive their tour merchandise, we are enhancing the live event experience while also driving consumer awareness of just how convenient and reliable out-of-home delivery can be. This is just the beginning of what we believe is a huge opportunity in the live European entertainment space.

Bob Workman, General Manager, WMX UK & SVP, International Artist & Brand Partners, Warner Music Group said: “As we look to improve how fans engage with artists on tour, partnerships like this play an important role. InPost brings unique expertise in last-mile delivery that will enable us to redefine how merchandise is offered at scale while keeping the experience seamless for fans and practical for organisers.”
